GREEN COVE SPRINGS – A man from Palm Coast turned himself in at the Clay County Jail on April 3 after being accused of broadcasting a woman taking a shower with his cellphone on June 1, 2022.
Christian Alexander Smith, 30, posted a $50,003 bond and was released after being booked on a sex offense of video voyeurism.
According to the affidavit for an arrest warrant, the victim waited to report the claim because she didn’t want to “influence” the relationship between Smith and another person known to both.
