ORANGE PARK – An Orange Park man was transported from the St. Johns County Jail on July 30 and returned to Clay County to face charges of possessing multiple depictions of child pornography.
According to an affidavit for an arrest report, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received a Cyber Tipline Report on Dec. 11, 2023, that Sean Paige Bennington, 43, had downloaded 173 files of child pornography.
He was charged with 20 counts of possessing, controlling and viewing depictions of child pornography.
His bond was set at $1,500,066. His next court appearance is Aug. 26.
