ORANGE PARK —Josephine Leigh turned 100 on Thursday, and the Orange Park Senior Center celebrated the occasion in style.

For the big day, Leigh donned a pink tiara and a sash and sat in the front of the room, surrounded by friends and family.

From dressing up in colorfully themed costumes and eating snacks to belting out karaoke tunes and cranking out their best dance moves, the party was full of joy and laughter.

Additionally, Sheriff Michelle Cook appeared, giving well wishes to Leigh.

Leigh, a member of the center, said she enjoyed having fellow members and friends celebrate with her. Everything was a hit with her, especially the singing.

"Everything's nice, everything's lovely," Leigh said.

Although she recognizes the milestone, she said she sees it as just another day on Earth.

"I'm just 100," Leigh said. "[It's] just another day."
