NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000997 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Quercus Mortgage Investment Trust, is the Plaintiff and Steven Everet Taggart II; Christine Taggart; Big Tree Lakes Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Silver Sands Estates Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Bob Milledge and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Dawanda Milledge, are Defendants, I, Tara S. Green, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clayrealforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2024 at on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 237, Silver Sands Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 8 through 11 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
