A request for rezoning has been filed with the Town of Orange Park Economic and Community Development Department regarding property located on 711 N. Winfred Drive between Winfred Drive East and Winfred Place. The parcel number is 41-04-26-019376-002-00.
The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings for the proposed rezoning application. Anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A sign will be posted on the property concerned for the information of the general public.
The Planning and Zoning Board public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue.
The Town Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. also in the Town Council Chambers.
