A request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan has been filed with the Town of Orange Park Economic and Community Development Department regarding property located on Solomon Street between Miller Street and Grove Park Drive. The parcel number is 41-04-26-020202-000-00.
The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold public hearings regarding this requested amendment. Anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A sign will be posted on the property concerned for the information of the general public.
The Planning and Zoning Board public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue.
The Town Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. also in the Town Council Chambers.
