Joshua Aaron Soto, of Keystone Heights, was under surveillance by CCSO during a controlled drug purchase. When deputies tried blocking him, he drove over the curb and sped away. Soto drove off the road and deputies followed the tire tracks. They recovered gallon-sized plastic bags containing methamphetamine.
Soto’s bond is $450,012.
