KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – A 37-year-old woman told Clay County Sheriff’s Office investigators she was sexually abused by a man between 1996 and 1998.
According to the heavily redacted arrest report, after interviewing both, Richard Dickey Davis, 51, of Keystone Heights, was charged with sexual battery of a child younger than 12.
Judge Ray Forbess ordered Davis to be held in the Clay County Jail without bond.
