FLEMING ISLAND - The Florida Department of Transportation will host a public meeting on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. at Heritage Baptist Church to discuss proposed modifications on U.S. Highway 17 from Oak Street in Green Cove Springs to Black Creek.
Work will start early next year and be completed by early summer in 2026.
The church is located at 4325 U.S. 17.
