GREEN COVE SPRINGS – City of Green Cove Springs has partnered with CivicPlus, a provider of integrated technology solutions exclusively for local governments, to launch a new, mobile-responsive, highly-functional civic website. CivicPlus’ content management system soon will allow Green Cove Springs that will expand its services online and maintain a better connection with residents through its set of robust features, well-designed layout, and functionality.

"CivicPlus is built on designing innovative solutions for local governments," said Jennifer Elliott, CivicPlus Director of Product Marketing. "We continually invest in our products to strengthen and transform the way local governments work and communicate with their residents and are proud to partner with Green Cove Springs to help them accomplish their goals."

With more than 7,500 local government customers, the power of the CivicPlus Civic Experience platform is in its integrated and comprehensive multi-product suite capabilities, which connect municipal employees and elected officials with the residents they represent and serve.

“We chose CivicPlus for our website redesign because of the ability to expand our services using their different modules to promote our city and get messages out to residents and future residents,” said Angel Alicea, the City’s Director of IT Services.

Looking forward, he said its new CivicPlus website will be a tool that will continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the community.

“We look forward to working with CivicPlus by constantly updating our website to provide residents with a positive civic experience and build trust,” Alicea said. “We wanted a website that will engage our residents, showcase the community, and integrate with existing systems.”
