William Bryan Penuel

July 21, 1959- May 22, 2024

William B. Penuel passed away on May 22, 2024, at Her Heart Facility in Jacksonville. He was the son of Betty and Franklin Penuel born in Seaford, DE. He is survived by his two daughters, Amanda Penuel and Sarah Clark, his son, Franklin Penuel, his brother Randolph Penuel, and his grandson, Jason Conti. In 1993, he entered the Navy for 6 years. Bryan enjoyed lending a hand and making people laugh. A private memorial service will be held on June 18 at Jacksonville National Cemetery
