CCSO: Man caught peeping on woman changing clothes at Kohl’s

FLEMING ISLAND – A 28-year-old man was caught using his cellphone to secretly capture images of a woman trying on clothes at Kohl’s on Thursday, Nov. 20.

Ryan Tyler Borsodi, of Fleming Island, was charged with digital voyeurism by a person older than 18 after a Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputy determined he “without her knowledge and consent to secretly view from an angle intended to show the victim’s undergarments for his own gratification and sexual arousal.”

Borsodi, whose next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 17, has a bond of $75,003.

Numerous tips lead to child porn arrest of Middleburg man

MIDDLEBURG – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office’s SWAT team served an arrest warrant on Wednesday, Nov. 19, on a 64-year-old man suspected of possessing and viewing several files of children having sex.

Shawn Owen Cirignano was taken into custody and charged with 10 counts of intentionally viewing child pornography. His bond was set at $1 million.

According to an agency press release, CCSO received numerous tips regarding child sexual abuse material linked to Cirignano. The sheriff’s office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, with assistance from the Northeast Florida INTERCEPT Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, investigated.

CCSO said the case remains an ongoing investigation. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Det. Eva Solis at esolis@claysheriff.com or (904) 264-6512.
