OAKLEAF – An Orange Park man already in the Clay County Jail was charged with trafficking at least 28 grams of cocaine on Tuesday, Nov. 21, after the Clay County Sheriff’s Office said he sold the illegal narcotic to a confidential source at a fitness club.
Kalvin Lanard Williams, 39, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with trafficking cocaine. According to that arrest report, CCSO also used a confidential source to purchase at least 28 grams of cocaine in the 500 block of Wakemont Drive at Laurelwood Drive on Dec. 14, 2023.
At the time, he was in the pretrial phase for trafficking cocaine, fentanyl and cathinone (molly) and possessing more than 20 grams of marijuana.
His current bond is $550,009.
