Evangelista new business consultant for Clay's Small Business Development Center at UNF

ORANGE PARK — The Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida (Florida SBDC at UNF) is pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Evangelista to Senior Business Consulting Coordinator. 

In his new role, Evangelista will lead initiatives to improve small business consulting services and expand local outreach and networking to continue FSBDC at UNF’s local presence within the Clay County small business community.

The Clay County office is at 1850 Park Ave. Suite B.

Christian Evangelista has been an integral part of the FSBDC at UNF team, demonstrating exceptional skill in consulting, outreach and networking. His expertise will now benefit the Clay County area as he leads new initiatives designed to bring extensive outreach and training programs to the local community.

"Christian’s deep understanding of community small business needs and his proven ability to connect and engage with local small businesses make him the perfect choice for this role. We are confident his leadership will significantly enhance our presence and impact in the area, fostering growth and development through targeted outreach and innovative training programs."

His new role in Clay County marks a strategic step forward in the mission to ensure small businesses in the area have access to the tools and training they need to thrive. The Florida SBDC at UNF provides management assistance and training to prospective or existing small-business owners in North Florida. Management assistance services are provided at little or no charge to the client. The North Florida region covers 18 counties, with full-time offices in Clay, Duval, Marion, St. Johns, Nassau, Alachua, and Putnam counties.
