ORANGE PARK – The Clay County Toys for Tots Toy Drive is underway! Orange Park Walmart Customer Service Manager Mary Hohn accepts toy donation boxes from Marine Corps League member Ken Plato. The Clay County General Roy S. Geiger Marine Corps League Detachment puts this program on each year. More than 150 county stores and establishments have
Toys for Tots collection boxes on display and ready for all new toy donations. We ask that toys be donated by Dec. 15. That gives the detachment time to bag the toys for children in need, and deliver to the county elementary schools for distribution to those families. Last year, Clay County Toys for Tots distributed nearly 16,000 toys to more than 5,100 eager children. All donated toys go to Clay County children.
