TOWN OF ORANGE PARK Request for Proposals (RFP) GRANT ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, AND WRITING SERVICES

The Town of Orange Park, hereinafter referred to as the Town, is soliciting proposals to retain a Consultant to assist the Town in researching and identifying potential grant opportunities and to provide strategic grant writing services associated with the completion and submission of grant applications including Technical Assistance and Program Administration services.
Proposal documents will be made available by Thursday, February 8, 2024, on the Town of Orange Park website www.townoforangepark.com and Demandstar.com.
Submittals: Respondents shall submit their proposal to the Town Clerk’s Office at 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073 in a SEALED envelope or container and marked with the project title, time and due date, no later than Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
The Town shall have the right to reject any or all bids in the Town’s best interest. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be addressed to Courtney Russo, Town Clerk, Town of Orange Park at crusso@townop.com.
