General Statement of Work: (See MFMP VIP For Complete Details) Interior and exterior renovation of Building 2034, located at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Florida. The existing building is approx. 3,500 sf in size. Exterior renovations include new exterior vinyl windows, new exterior hollow metal doors/frames, new metal railings, and painted exterior surfaces. Enclosure of the existing exterior covered walkway, utilizing load bearing CMU construction, will provide a new Corridor and Break Room within the facility.
Interior renovations include reconfiguration of the existing latrine area to provide ADA accessible latrine/shower facilities; new interior partitions for personnel offices; new millwork/cabinetry, new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; new rigid insulation in exterior cavity walls, new spray foam insulation at the underside of the roof deck, new HVAC equipment/ductwork; new LED lighting and new/reconfigured electrical outlet, switches, etc.
