Demolition of existing cooler, canopy, concrete slab foundation, and associated site clearing.
Removal of existing propane tank and removal of existing support concrete slab. Relocation of propane tank and construction of new support concrete slab with fenced enclosure. Installation of new prefabricated freezers and coolers, including associated refrigeration equipment, electrical work, concrete slab and foundation, and pre-engineered aluminum canopy covering.
