Scorpio is soliciting bids for the Keystone Heights Elementary School New Cafetorium & Classrooms/Media Renovations. The project consists of a new 29,674 sf single story cafetorium and renovations to the existing media center and cafetorium.  The 100% Construction Documents include the following trades: Selective Demolition, Cast in Place Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel, Casework & Millwork, Waterproofing, Metal Roofing, Core-Fill Insulation, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefront Glazing, Overhead Doors, Metal Stud Framing & Drywall, Stucco & Plaster, Acoustical Ceiling Systems, Painting, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Toilet Accessories, Signage, Walkway Canopies, Fabric Canopies, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Residential Appliances, Theater Stage Equipment, Window Treatments, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage Systems, Electronic Safety & Security, Sitework & Utilities, Fencing, Landscaping, & Irrigation. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site at 335 SW Pecan St, Keystone Heights, FL 32656 at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 15^th.
