NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2020CA000884, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS13 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GEORGE SAMANIEGO A/K/A GEORGE W. SAMANIEGO; SILVIA J. SAMANIEGO A/K/A SULVIA SAMANIEGO; SILVER CREEK OF CLAY COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tara S.
