NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling  Foreclosure Sale filed March 17, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000281 of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein  WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is  Plaintiff, and   MARJORY BEAUCLICHE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJORY BEAUCLICHE; TROPICAL FINACIAL CREDIT UNION; FLEMING ISLAND PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash  BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSURE.COM at 10:00A.M., on the 18th day of April 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
