It's that time again.

Fall is here, and so is pumpkin spice – you know, that popular blend of nutmeg, cinnamon,, ginger and cloves.

The first official pumpkin spice recipe dates back to 1796 when Amelia Simmons featured the flavor in the first American cookbook. Since then, it has garnered a large fanbase.

For some, it's a reminder of something special. Stephanie and Olivia Hall said the smell always prepares them for fall.

"It feels like that homey, spice feeling," Stephanie said. "I feel like it just sets the tone for the season."

From lattes and donuts to cookies and tea, the spicy flavor never fails to make itself known for one time every year.

But what was originally meant to spice up foods and beverages has transformed into a national 'scented' craze, finding its way into anything and everything.

Here is a list of six unique pumpkin spice products currently on the market.
