Public Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing on an ordinance of the Town of Orange Park, Florida; providing for local implementation of the water conservation rule for landscape irrigation of the St. Johns River Water Management District; providing definitions; providing the landscape irrigation schedules; providing exceptions to the landscape irrigation schedules; providing for variances from the specific day of the week limitations; providing for applicability of the ordinance; providing for enforcement of the ordinance; providing for penalties for violation of the ordinance; providing for codification; providing for repeal of all conflicting ordinances; providing for severability and providing an effective date.

This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in the Orange Park Town Hall Council Chambers, the corner of Park and Kingsley Avenue at 7:00 P.M.  The Council of the Town of Orange Park will consider said ordinance for final action.  Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Council of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  Copies of this ordinance may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.  Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
