PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing to consider Application for Zoning Variance V-5-2022 to provide relief from the Town of Orange Park Code of Ordinances for the following requests for property located at 1833 Miller Street:

Section 2.04.03.04(a)(1): Reduce the minimum lot width from 75 feet to 56.20 feet.

Section 2.04.03.06(a)(2): Reduce the side yard setback on the north property line from 10 feet to 7 feet.

Proposed use:  Single family residential   

This public hearing will be held in the Town Council Chambers on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 6:00 P.M.

Any person(s) deciding to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  Copies may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. 

Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
