ORANGE PARK – In an abundance of caution, the Orange Park Elementary Fall Festival was postponed from Friday, Oct. 9, to Friday, Oct. 23, from 4-7 p.m.
The school decided to push back its annual affair after reviewing the weather forecast. With a line of storms associated with Hurricane Isaias moving through Northeast Florida Friday and Saturday, the celebration ahead of the school’s 100th anniversary will be two weeks later.
On Oct. 23, there will be “old school” carnival games, food, a silent disco, cake walk, inflatables, bounce house and axe throwing. Tickets for games and food can be purchased at the gate.
