GREEN COVE SPRINGS - A first-handoff 30-yard scoring run by Oakleaf tailback Dajon Brown set the tone for the season finale for both Oakleaf and Clay as the Knight jetted to a 29-7 halftime lead en route to their 43-7 finish. Oakleaf continued their quick start with a Michael Connor III 20-yard run and a Jessie Cooper interception touchdown to start the game at 22-0.
Gino Addison scored Clay's lone touchdown from 15 yards out with Oakleaf defender Brhon Keitt taking another interception 60 yards to the 20 to set up Brown's second score to 29-7. The second half ended with a Chris Foy II touchdown run for Oakleaf and another Sheppard pass play; a 35-yarder.
