FABBRO is Defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 26, 2022 in an online sale at www.clay.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 2808, of Cottages @ Oakleaf Plantation Condo, Phase 4, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2366, Page(s) 1558, and Amendment adding Phase No. 4 to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book   2697, Page 1515, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
