NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021CA000915 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and GREGORY SWINK; GREGORY ALAN SWINK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GREGORY ALAN SWINK REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 3, 2003, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GREGORY ALAN SWINK REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 3, 2003, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED and ADMIRAL'S WALK CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC the Defendants. Tara S. Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Clay County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on 9th day of May, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot Thirty-three (33), Block one (1), Admiral's Walk, According to Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 19 and 20, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
