NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the final judgment entered on January 18, 2024 in Case No. 10-2023-CA-001018 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, in which O.S.C. PROPERTIES, LLC is Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA ALVAREZ, an individual; LEAVY ALVAREZ, an individual; GERARD SERVICES, INC., a Florida for-profit Corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, I, the Clay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: www.clay.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March, 2024 the following described real property:
Lots 60 and 61, of “SUNRISE PARK’ ADDITION NO. 4, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1971 HOLI mobile home bearing identification number 7118776 and Florida title number 4455216, situated thereon; permanently affixed thereto, which have been retired pursuant to Florida Statutes 319.261, in O.R. Book 4262, Page 1458, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
Together with an undivided 1/500 interest in and to the following Lot 6-B, Block 32, TOWN OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 40; and SUNRISE PARK COMMUNITY BEAC, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 44, all of the public records of Clay County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
