NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 18, 2022, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any duly authorized  deputy,  will sell the property  situated  in  Clay  County, Florida, described as:

Lot 1, Block 1, SUNRISE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in PlatBook 6, page 5, of the public records·of Clay County, Florida.

to the  highest and best bidder on July 18, 2022 online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes ancl assessments for the real property describ-ed above.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ABOVE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM PRIOR TO THE CLERK REPORTING THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMEID.
