NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2024 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online sale at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on June 26, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 18, WHISPER CREEK UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 59-62, Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
