NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE MAGNOLIA WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Magnolia West Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop Amended and Restated Rules, Policies and Fees for the Amenity Facilities (the “Amended and Restated Amenity Rules”) related to the use of the District’s recreational facilities.
The purpose and effect of the Amended and Restated Amenity Rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the District’s amenity facilities and other properties by setting policies and regulations to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed Amended and Restated Amenity Rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on August 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. EST, at the Magnolia West Amenity Center, 3490 Canyon Falls Drive, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
