NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #2024-02 TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AS THE MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE TOWN OF ORANGE PARK, FLORIDA DUE: March 14, 2024, AT 4:00 p.m.

The Town of Orange Park, Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the "Town"), the Town is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Information Technology (IT) Services as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Proposals must be submitted and marked: SEALED RESPONSE – TOWN OF ORANGE PARK – RFP #2024-02: IT MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER, MARCH 14, 2024. Proposals will be received by the Town of Orange Park, Florida, by U.S. Postal Mail or hand delivery to the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 2042 PARK AVENUE, Orange Park, Florida 32073 between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday, until March 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. EST, at which time the proposals will be opened publicly. Any proposal received after this time and date, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Respondents are responsible for ensuring the proposal is received by the deadline.
