NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS & AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE ROOKERY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Rookery Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on July 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Cove Springs City Hall, 321 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor Training Room, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. There will be an Audit Committee meeting prior to the onset of the Board of Supervisors’ meeting. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc, by mail at 3434 Colwell Ave., Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 (“District Manager’s Office”) and by providing a telephone and email address during normal business hours, or by contacting the District Manager at lgallagher@rizzetta.com or phone 904-436-6270. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
