NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Clay County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold and conduct a public meeting on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 4 Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, to discuss Affordable Housing Issues in Clay County and Clay Countys Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) pertaining to the Clay County SHIP Program (State Housing Initiatives Program) and any other business to come before the Committee.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public meeting. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Committee with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Committee has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
