NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 The Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, will hold a public hearing Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room on the Fourth Floor of the Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, to consider the adoption of an ordinance bearing the following title:

 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING TABLES 1 AND 2 OF THE CLAY COUNTY FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard by the Board on matters pertaining to the ordinance. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Board has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected by members of the public at the County Commission Offices, Fourth Floor of the Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays.
