NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF ADJUSTED MOBILITY FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that as required by Clay County Ordinance No. 2020-39, the Clay County Mobility Fee Ordinance, the Mobility Fees assessed thereunder, per Section 3.10, beginning October 1, 2021, and each year thereafter, shall automatically be adjusted by the percent change indicated by the latest available release of the Annual Average Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News-Record. A copy of the adjusted Mobility Fees to be effective October 1, 2024, and to be set forth in Appendix C to the Clay County Mobility Fee Ordinance, is available for review by the public at the Clay County Planning and Zoning Division, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
The Mobility Fees are imposed upon all New Construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the County and shall be collected prior to Electrical Power Clearance for said construction. The rate adjustment will commence on October 1, 2024.
