- The facts supporting my reasons for believing that the other party is in contempt are as follows:
See attached Exhibit I, which is a printout from the Oneida County Child Support Agency. According to those records, as of March 14 ,2022 the petitioner, Steven J. Maurice, owed an arears for child of $349.56 plus an arears for maintenance of $10,491.75, for a total arrearage of $12,056.42. Of that amount, $11 926.42 was owed to respondent. On or about April 2, 2022 a payment of $800.00 from Mr. Maurice was released to Respondent to adjust the arears owed to Respondent.
