NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-000430, in and for Clay County, Florida wherein WOODBRIDGE FOREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ADNAN MUMINOVIC and MARJORIE P. MUMINOVIC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
