NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10th, 2024, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023CA001265 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-6, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL ATTIQ; BFS OPERATIONS LLC F/K/A BMC EAST, LLC; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at at www.clay.realforeclose.com., at 10:00 AM,
on the 8th day of March, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, ORANGE PARK SOUTH, UNIT 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 21 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
