GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com at 10:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th  day of July, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

LOT 31, BLOCK 83, JACKSONVILLE SOUTH UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH A 2005 FLEETWOOD MOBILE HOME WITH VIN#S GAFL475A75932AV21 AND GAFL475B75932AV21.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
