NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of June 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000091, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is the Plaintiff and JOHN DANIEL COLLINS III PLANTATION VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants TARA S. GREEN as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at https://clay.realforeclose.com/ at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of August 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
