NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000489 of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SCOTT A. PATRICK and KRISTIE PATRICK, et al, are Defendants.  The Clerk, TARA S. GREEN, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Clay County's On-Line Public Auction website:  https://clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 08, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CLAY County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:

LOT 139, NATURES HAMMOCK AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 67 THROUGH 79, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

 Property Address: 3107 WANDERING OAKS DRIVE ORANGE PARK, FL 32065

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.  The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.  Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
