NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022CA000023 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming by, through, under or against Michael E. McCrary, deceased; Kolleen Fortenberry; Heather Skiba; PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Compass Bank, are Defendants, I, Tara S Green, Clay County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 5, 2022,  the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE EASTERLY 58 FEET OF LOT 30, JEFFERSON SQUARE, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
