NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 3, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-001271 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Tryst N.A. as trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series AHP Servicing, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, surviving Spouse, Grantees, Assignee, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other Parties Claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Robert L. Lindh a/k/a Robert H. Lindh, Deceased; Florence M. Lindh; Zack Ireland; Curt Ireland; and Lee Wingard are Defendants, the Clay County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST on the 17 day of June, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
