NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2019-CC-864, in the County Court, in and for Clay County,  Florida wherein KINDLEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,  is the Plaintiff, and KORREY G. HUMPHREY is the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of  April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 11, KINDLEWOOD PHASE 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
