NELSON A/K/A JESSICA LEE NELSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON BLUE NELSON; THE HABITAT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 18, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
