NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2020-CC-1304, in and for Clay County,  Florida wherein ARBOR MILL AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ANETRA J. STAMPER is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of  April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

132, ARBOR MILL AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Parcel Identification Number: 06-04-25-007869-809-32.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
