NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2022, in Case No. 2019-CA-001433 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Brent Dewayne Hudson and The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC, are Defendants, the Office of Tara S. Green, Clay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 A.M. on-line at www.clay.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of April, 2022, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A tract of land situated in the Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 24 East, Clay County, Florida, said tract being more particularly described as follows:

 Commence at a Concrete Monument at the Northeast corner of said Section 33 and run North 89 Degrees 54’ 27” East, along the North line of Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 24 East, 345.54 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot easement for utilities and general road purposes; thence run South 00 Degrees 48’ 01” East, along said centerline, 460.87 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot easement for utilities and general road purposes; thence run North 86 Degrees 53’ 35” West, along said centerline 1716.94 feet; thence run North 86 Degrees 07’ 13” West, along said centerline, 698.94 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot easement for utilities and general road purposes; thence run South 00 Degrees 36’ 52” West, along said centerline, 1181.98 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00 Degrees 36’ 52” West, along said centerline, 201.05 feet; thence run North 89 Degrees 23’ 08” West, 1083.32 feet; then run North 00 Degrees 36’ 52” East, 201.05 feet; thence run South 86 Degrees 23’ 08” East, 1083.32 feet to the Point of Beginning.

 Subject to an easement for utilities and general road purposes across the East 30 feet of the above described lands.

 Together with that certain 1994 Fleetwood Homes Mobile Home, having Serial No. GAFLR54A75489HS and GAFLR54B75489HS, and Title No. 68880498 & 68880499.
