NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made  pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 22, 202 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000885,  of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, TIAA, FSB B/B/A EVERBANK, is the Plaintiff, JOSHUA D. GODBY A/K/A JOSUA GODBY; EMILY LESSEN A/K/A EMILY GODBY; PINE RIDGE PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEGENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHERTHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIN AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS and  are Defendants.

The Clerk of the Court, Tara S. Green will sell to the highest  bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com on March 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real  property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 579, PINE RIDGE PLANTATION REPLAT PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 9 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
